If a customer gets irritation from any of the products, it will be returned within 7 days. The product should have its package, the product should not have been used so much. If they apply once or twice and feel irritated, they need to stop and send the product back to us at ABOOSTO WAREHOUSE, NAIROBI, KENYA with proper packaging and receipt. The return policy does not apply to a product that has been used more than 4 times, our store supervisor will determine if the product is returnable. We are giving customers 7 days to return in case they get busy and can’t return them within the 2 days of use.

If the product is in returnable condition then we will issue the voucher worth the same price to your email registered while shopping at our website.

Some products can irritate the skin. But most of the reaction that comes with the active ingredients like salicylic acid, retinol, and glycolic acid is called purging. If you are experiencing purging, again our beauty advisors will advise you and you will need to continue them for 4 weeks so the skin gets used to them. But if you feel any redness, itching, or burning sensation you need to stop the products you are using immediately and visit our store for consultation.
